This 7874172 semi-solid battery achieves an ultra-high energy density of 260Wh/kg, far exceeding ordinary liquid lithium polymer batteries (180-220Wh/kg). By optimizing the solid-liquid hybrid electrolyte formula and electrode material utilization rate, it stores more electric energy under the same volume and weight. The 16Ah large capacity is realized in compact 7874172 size, effectively reducing overall weight and space occupation.
Supporting standard 5C continuous charging and discharging, the 3.7V 16Ah semi-solid cell delivers a maximum continuous working current of 80A. It maintains stable and powerful instantaneous power output under peak load conditions without voltage drop or power attenuation.
Different from traditional full-liquid lithium batteries, this cell adopts a solid-liquid hybrid semi-solid design, which greatly reduces the content of flammable liquid electrolyte. It fundamentally lowers the risks of liquid leakage, bulging, combustion and thermal runaway.
With a high-purity composite electrode system and optimized semi-solid electrolyte matching technology, the battery maintains a flat and stable 3.7V discharge platform throughout the working cycle, ensuring reliable equipment operation.
The advanced semi-solid electrolyte has excellent lithium ion conductivity and structural stability, achieving over 1200 effective charge-discharge cycles. This reduces frequent battery replacement frequency and significantly cuts operation and maintenance costs.
